“Beautiful little boutique bed and breakfast. Great location and comfortable and homely furniture and decor – lovely rainfall shower. Our host, Aon and her mum, went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible including a homemade breakfast. We would not hesitate to stay again!”

“Heartwarming cozy place to be at Stayed at the Tree of Life room (3 pax room) and our stay there is just awesome (: Great location to walk to Ping River / Warorot market or short grab ride to the old city. Mum’s recipe breakfast is aroy mak mak. Personally like the furnishing and little decorations of the place. You can also scratch off your country on their map. We claimed southern Malaysia (; Special thanks to Fon, Ohn and Uncle Aed for the great hospitality, all the recommendations and help in arranging for transportation. Definitely recommending to stay with them if you would like a homely place in Chiang Mai.”

“A wonderful and charming guesthouse with all the comforts, lovely owner, attentive and helpful. The place is near the center, with delightful decorations and a nice touch. The breakfast is great and the room and bed are really comfortable. It has been our must go to stop in Chiang Mai. 10/10!!!”

” A wonderful find! We stumbled across casaMpika by chance and were so glad! This family-run guesthouse is perfect – great decor, everything is perfectly clean, lovely breakfast and the family who run the place are all so friendly. When we wanted to hire a motobike, leave our bags, grab a tuk tuk, we only had to mention it and whoever was there was anxious to help in anyway possible. We stayed in the Little Prince room on 3 different occasions and we slept very well. The location is great, close to the old city but also next to the arty riverside. I think I would go so far as to say that this is the best guesthouse I have ever stayed in!”
